Abstract

Banten's FTT in July 2023 was 104.06, an increase of 0.49 percent from the previous month's NTP. This was due to an increase in the price index received by farmers (It) by 0.60 percent and an increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) by 0.11 percent.
In July 2023 there was an increase in the Household Consumption Index in Banten Province by 0.10 percent. The increase in the Household Consumption Index occurred in ten expenditure groups, namely Recreation, Sports and Culture; Provision of Food and Beverages/Restaurants; Health; Personal Care and Other Services; Clothing and Footwear; Equipment, Equipment And Household Routine Maintenance; Food, Drinks And Tobacco; Housing, Water, Electricity And Household Fuel; Education; and Transportation. Meanwhile, the Information, Communication and Financial Services expenditure group did not experience significant changes.
The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in July 2023 was 106.31 or an increase of 0.52 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
Grain prices at the farm level in July 2023 experienced a decrease in the quality of dry milled unhusked rice (GKG) by 7.02 percent and an increase in the quality of harvested dry unhusked rice (GKP) by 0.97 percent.
The average grain price for July 2023 at the GKG quality farmer level is Rp. 5,263, - and GKP Rp. 5.227,- per Kg. For GKG quality, the highest price is Rp. 6,000,- for the Ciherang variety and the lowest price is Rp. 4,900,- for Ciherang and Inpari 32 HDB varieties.
The nominal wage for farm workers in July 2023 is Rp. 68,740 per day, up 0.01 percent from the previous month. And in real terms it decreased by 0.08 percent, from Rp. 57,412, - to Rp. 57,364, - per day.
