Abstract

Banten's FTT in August 2023 was 105.62, an increase of 1.50 percent from the previous month's NTP. This was due to an increase in the price index received by farmers (It) by 1.53 percent and an increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) by 0.03 percent.
In August 2023, there will be an increase in the Household Consumption Index in Banten Province by 0.01 percent. The increase in the Household Consumption Index occurred in eight expenditure groups, namely Recreation, Sports and Culture; Provision of Food and Beverage/Restaurant; Health; Clothing And Footwear; Transportation; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel; and Personal Care And Other Services. Meanwhile, the Food, Beverage and Tobacco expenditure group experienced a decline. Meanwhile, the Information, Communication and Financial Services expenditure group; and Education has not experienced significant changes.
The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in August 2023 was 107.83 or an increase of 1.43 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
Grain prices at the farm level in August 2023 experienced an increase in the quality of dry milled unhusked rice (GKG) by 13.66 percent and an increase in the quality of dry harvested unhusked rice (GKP) by 3.05 percent.
The average price of grain in August 2023 at the GKG quality farmer level is IDR. 5,981,-, and GKP Rp. 5,386,- per Kg. For GKG quality, the highest price is Rp. 6,500,- for the Ciherang variety and the lowest price is Rp. 5,500 for the Ciherang variety.
Nominal wages for agricultural workers in August 2023 Rp. 68,787 per day, up 0.07 percent from the previous month. And in real terms there was an increase of 0.06 percent, namely from Rp. 57,364,- to Rp. 57,399,- per day.
