Abstract

Banten's FTT for January 2024 was 111.55, a decrease of 0.21 percent from the previous month's FTT. This is due to the increase in the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) by 0.09 percent and the increase in the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) by 0.30 percent.
In January 2024 there will be an increase in the Household Consumption Index in Banten Province by 0.32 percent. The increase in the Household Consumption Index occurred in nine expenditure groups, namely Personal Care and Other Services; Health; Supplies, Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance; Recreation, Sports and Culture; Clothing And Footwear; Food, Drinks and Tobacco; Transportation; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel; Information, Communication and Financial Services. Meanwhile, the Food and Beverage/Restaurant Provision expenditure group; and Education has not experienced significant changes.
The Banten Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in January 2024 was 115.63 or down 0.12 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
The price of grain at the farmer level in January 2024 experienced an increase in the quality of milled dry grain (GKG) by 7.40 percent and an increase in the quality of harvested dry grain (GKP) by 8.25 percent.
The average price of grain in January 2024 at the GKG quality farmer level is IDR 8,071,- and GKP IDR 6,996,- per Kg. For GKG quality, the highest price is IDR 8,400 for the Ciherang variety and the lowest price is IDR 7,800 for the Ciherang variety.
The nominal wage for agricultural workers in January 2024 is IDR 69,314 per day, an increase of 0.60 percent from the previous month. And in real terms there was an increase of 0.28 percent, namely from IDR 56,240 to IDR 56,398 per day.
